Training International Relations
Project completed
Le projet entend contribuer à renforcer la bonne gouvernance, de même qu’à améliorer les connaissances et les compétences de l’administration publique en matière de relations internationales. Le projet est mis en oeuvre par l’Institut de hautes études internationales et du développement (IHEID) de Genève qui organise des cours de formation pour les jeunes fonctionnaires à Tbilissi, à Bakou et à Erevan. Il met aussi sur pied des cours pour les formateurs. Les cours mettent l’accent sur de sujets ayant trait à la gouvernance locale.
