The interview with Alexandru is available here.
More than 80 Romanian students, like Alexandru, benefit from a Sciex scholarship co-funded by Switzerland as part of the Swiss enlargement contribution. The programme, with total financial resources of CHF 47 million, is open to young researchers from ten central and eastern European EU member states. In all, over 400 academics from those countries are benefiting from a Sciex scholarship to conduct research at a Swiss research institute for a fixed period of time.
The scholarship programme helps foster partnerships that institutionalise the exchange of knowledge and cooperation in research.
