The Kosovo Civil Society Foundation KCSF handed over the Democracy Award 2020 to Ms Shpresa Loshaj in light of her outstanding civic engagement and endeavor to protect environment in Kosovo. The democracy award is part of Switzerland’s support to democratic governance in Kosovo which includes promoting an active engagement of civil society and citizens in shaping public affairs and in demanding more accountability, transparency, participation and better service provision.
