Switzerland supports the NGO-coalition Democracy in Action (Demokracia në Veprim) observing the upcoming parliamentary elections as part of its commitment to the consolidation of democracy in Kosovo. During his meetings with DiA and Municipal Election Commission staff in Gjilan, Ambassador Thomas Kolly stressed the importance of elections monitoring to both protect Kosovo citizens’ right to free and fair elections as well as to legitimize elections results.
