After wreath-laying, a tribute was paid to the Swiss citizen Dr. Archibald Reiss in front of the monument dedicated to him at Topcider Park, in Belgrade. The Swiss and the Serbian anthems were played on that occasion. The ceremony was an opportunity to pay tribute to the memory of Dr. Reiss, whose Letter to the Serbs as well as heroic actions in Serbia constitutes a unique testimony of friendship between our two countries.
