Travel to Switzerland
General situation
Please visit the COVID-19 website of the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) for the latest information and advice on the situation in Switzerland.
There is currently no requirement for COVID certificates in Switzerland.

Travel rules
All COVID-19 related entry restrictions and requirements were lifted on 2 May 2022. This means all travellers from the UK, including non-vaccinated and non-recovered persons, will in principle be able to enter Switzerland. They do not have to provide any proof of testing or fill in a passenger locator form. The usual rules before the pandemic apply.

Please note that the information below regarding UK travel rules originates from British authorities. The Embassy cannot be held liable for this information and changes of rules at short notice might not be reflected immediately. For any further enquiries please contact the British authorities.
Currently, no COVID-19 related measures apply when travelling to the UK (e.g. passenger locator form, tests). This applies irrespective of a person’s vaccination status.
