Vacancies

The Swiss Expert Pool for Civilian Peacebuilding (SEP) selects vacancies at international organisations working in the field of peace and human rights, based on Switzerland's thematic and geographical priorities. The SEP conducts interviews and nominates candidates for the attention of the respective international organisation.

A man and a woman with a map and radio are talking to each other. Both are wearing protective equipment and helmets. The woman is wearing OSCE insignia.

The FDFA finances the deployments and, once the international organisation has given its approval, signs a contract with the selected person. Employment during a posting to an international organisation is based on the
Ordinance on Personnel for Peace Support, the Promotion of Human Rights and Humanitarian Aid (POPHAO).
