Embassy of Switzerland in Uruguay

New Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The Swiss Embassy in Uruguay is monitoring the evolution of the Coronavirus pandemic closely. Borders are partially closed. It is rather difficult to book a flight to Switzerland (transiting through third countries) at this point, as most flights have been cancelled. The border to Argentina (land, sea and air) is shut, while the border to Brasil is partially shut.
