Switzerland condemns the unacceptable remarks concerning the causes of the Holocaust and the legitimacy of Israel made by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas in his opening speech at the Palestinian National Council on 30 April.
Switzerland remains committed to combating all forms of anti-Semitism and any attempts to trivialise or deny the Holocaust.
