This year, Poland will host the 16th UN Internet Governance Forum: From 6 to 10 December 2021, policy makers, internet activists, business people and civil society representatives will meet in Katowice at the IGF 2021.
We are pleased to inform you that the 14th edition of the SHOM Charity Bazaar will take place on 28 November at the National Stadium in Warsaw from 10:00 to 18:00 (PGE Narodowy). It is a tradition for the Swiss Embassy to take part in this event. Also this year, we would like to help Polish charity organizations, especially in the present time. The Embassy will have two stands: we serve raclette and coffee on one stand and sell Swiss products on the second stand.
Can tech save the world? The exhibition presents innovative technological solutions developed by Swiss researchers and entrepreneurs in areas such as water, agriculture, e-mobility, recycling, and energy.
The second edition of the HER Docs Film Festival in Warsaw, dedicated to the filmmaking of women film directors, is taking place from October 22-31. The festival will feature a Swiss focus "Switzerland different than you think" with a total of 11 Swiss documentary productions (including five shorts). Swiss Films and the Swiss Embassy are partners of the festival.
As part of the celebration of the centenary of the Embassy of Switzerland in Poland, the Embassy invites a SwissGames delegation supported by Pro Helvetia to take part in the Game Industry Conference (GIC) in Poznań from 20 to 24 October 2021. Ahead of the GIC conference, innovative Polish and Swiss games professionals will celebrate friendship with a GameJam competition from 19 to 21 October 2021. At the end of the GameJam, a jury will test the new video games and crown the winners.

The sixth edition of the Polish-Swiss Innovation Day is dedicated to the topic of Cleantech: Polish and Swiss experts, policy makers, and industry representatives will meet at Centrum Nauki Kopernik to discuss innovative technological solutions to protect the environment, with a particular focus on energy and electricity as well as sustainable construction and buildings.
The world’s first hydrogen train, Europe most cutting-edge locomotive. The 14th TRAKO will be marked by new product launches, inspiring solutions and meetings. The railway world all in one place—the TRAKO International Railway Fair begins in Gdańsk, Poland, tomorrow. More than 500 exhibitors from 25 countries around the world will be attending.
The Swiss Pavilion organised by the Swiss Business Hub and the Swiss Chamber of Commerce, in line with their several-year tradition, will be a place of presentation of companies associated in the Chamber as well as Partners.
Conceived by Swiss-Polish artist Philipp Krebs and Paul Reichardt, this large-scale art installation in the Embassy garden will highlight the friendship between Poland and Switzerland.
