Swiss citizens who get into difficulties abroad, also can ask for advice and help from the Swiss representative.

The magazine for the Swiss Abroad appears six times a year and provides information about what is happening at home and the activities of Swiss associations abroad. It also answers administrative questions.

In line with the FDFA Guidelines on Partnering with Sponsors to increase external transparency about the partnerships entered into by Switzerland’s embassies and consulates abroad, we are providing a list of the current-year sponsorship partners and the corresponding events.

Swiss Embassies worldwide have a policy of transparency and regularly inform the public about their relations with sponsors. The Embassy in Tashkent had no sponsors in 2023. In 2022, the Embassy in Tashkent received a contribution from Rieter Foundation to support the participation of Swiss musicians in the Tashkent International Jazz Festival. In 2021, the Embassy did not receive any sponsorship contributions.
