The SDC Cambodia Employment and Skills Development program supports young women and men to increase their incomes and access to decent employment opportunities through vocational skills development and life skills. SDC supports a gender and rights-based labor migration management and helps to strengthen the Technical and Vocational Education and Training system and regulatory framework, for the marginalized women and men to benefit from domestic and regional economic opportunities in the context of ASEAN integration.
