Founded in 1956 by Rudolf Baumgartner and Wolfgang Schneiderhan, Festival Strings Lucerne is one of Europe's leading chamber orchestras, renowned for its golden sound and vast repertoire. The regular line-up is led by concertmaster and artistic director Daniel Dodds and consists of seventeen string soloists and a harpsichordist.
The Orchestra will make a stop in Taipei for a one-night only performance with the acclaimed Korean violinist Inmo Yang (winner of 2015 Paganini Competition and 2022 International Jean Sibelius Violin Competition) on Thursday, 14 March at 19:30 in the National Concert Hall.
