Personal Assistant to the Director and Administrator
The Trade Office of Swiss Industries in Taipei is currently looking for a Personal Assistant to the Director/Administrator.
(Level of employment 100%, local employment according to Taiwanese labor law)
Job responsibilities:
- Assisting the Director and Deputy Director in administrative and organizational matters
- Organizing, managing and settling invitations and social events at the Residence of the Director
- Organizing/coordinating appointments, meetings and official visits and managing the agenda
- Planning, organizing and settling business trips
- Managing databases
- Handling the accounts of the Trade Office of Swiss Industries and dealing with administrative human resources matters
- General administrative tasks like maintenance of the office and procurements
- Telephone operator
- Correspondence in Mandarin and English
- Translations Mandarin/English – English/Mandarin
Job requirements:
- You have a university degree in business administration or an equivalent diploma in another course of studies.
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in a similar function
- You have experience in project management and organizing events
- You have a flair for numbers
- You enjoy working in a team and you have the gift to communicate skillfully with various contact partners. You are a sociable person who is able to act appropriately in all kind of situations
- You are able to work under pressure and maintain an overview of your diverse tasks even in challenging situations
- You are a dynamic, independent personality and you are loyal and discreet
- You have excellent written and spoken English, excellent written and spoken Mandarin. Knowledge of a Swiss national language is an advantage
- You are proficient in the most common computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
