Selected projects that have already been successfully applied in Switzerland and in many other countries will be presented at TU Liberec as part of a free exhibition.

The presentation of patents and unique, inspiring solutions will be complemented by discussions/networking of entrepreneurs, representatives of the public and academic sphere and students. The event will take place on Wednesday 4 May at 11.00. It will be attended by the Swiss Ambassador Philippe Guex and the Rector of the Technical University of Liberec doc. RNDr. Miroslav Brzezina, CSc. At the same time, a representative of the Swiss company Transmutex, which focuses on revolutionary energy production based on nuclear fission of thorium and spent fuel utilization, or Jiří Tencar from the ECOTEN platform will actively participate. The latter provides innovative services to help municipalities adapt to climate change and mitigate urban heat islands.

The Embassy of Switzerland in the Czech Republic, the Chamber of Commerce Switzerland - Czech Republic and the Chamber of Commerce of the Pardubice Region invite you to an open discussion event on the topic "Do green technologies bring new business opportunities to the Pardubice Region?".

The event will take place on Tuesday 14 June from 16:00 to 17:30 in the ČD Lounge of the Pardubice Main Railway Station.

The main topics of the evening are:

• Clean technologies (CleanTech) as a stimulus for the economy and businesses in the Czech Republic.
• Green Deal according to the successful Swiss model - in business and R&D (science, research, innovation)
• ESG/SDG assessment of business plans and projects from the perspective of banks in the Czech Republic / Switzerland
• Cooperation between Czech and Swiss entrepreneurs, investors, public sector, science or universities in the field of green innovation

During the event, the exhibition "Can Tech Save the World?" will be opened in the presence of the Swiss Ambassador.
