JOR, Governance Study for the Water, Sanitation and Energy Infrastructure in Syrian Refugee Camps (Za'atari & Azraq)

Projekt abgeschlossen

The are more than 660'000 Syrian refugees registered in Jordan (21% in camps). Being sex years into the Syrian crisis, service infrastructures in camps have been upgraded from an emergency oriented logic to a more stabalized and municipal apporach. In order to meet refugees' needs in a more sustainable way, a long term strategy for service governance is needed. To reach this objective, a comprehensive governance strategy for the Energy and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene service provision will be proposed through the project.
