What is the goal?

Capacities of national authorities are enhanced to achieve effective and efficient migration governance and protection of rights of individuals in need of international protection, as well as other vulnerable individuals within mixed movements.

What shall be achieved?

Border management and immigration procedures will be strengthened, ensuring access to protection for persons in vulnerable situation and in need of international protection.

Evidenced-based migration policies will be developed and implemented in line with EU and other international standards and commitments.

Reception conditions and access to services for persons accommodated in reception/asylum centres will be improved and integration opportunities for refugees will be strengthened.
