Federal Council approves dispatches on legal basis for automatic exchange of information

Today, the Federal Council submitted the dispatch on the OECD/Council of Europe Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters and the dispatch on the required legal basis for implementing the standard for the automatic exchange of information in tax matters (AEOI) to Parliament. The vast majority of the cantons, political parties and interested parties approved the proposals in the consultation procedure.
