The Swiss Cooperation Office (SCO) in Tajikistan announces a new round for proposals under its Global Credit for Small Actions. The Global Credit for Small Actions focuses on short term innovative initiatives, which comply and complement long term and larger interventions of the Swiss Cooperation Programmes.

The content of the proposals should relate to the SCO key four domains as, Health, Private Sector Development, Water Supply and Sanitation and Rule of Law. Furthermore, projects covering the transversal themes, in particular gender and governance are also approved through the SCO Global Credit for Small Actions. This Credit is defined as one-time support projects with a financial grant of up to maximum CHF 50'000 and with a maximum duration of 12 months.

The applicants from non-governmental and non-profit organizations, civil society, municipalities and local governments, public schools and universities, research and scientific bodies, individual and public institutions are eligible for funding.

The proposals should contain clear goals and target groups and show the ability of the organisation to carry out the project aims. Proposals should be submitted in Tajik, Russian or English languages. In case if the projects are submitted in Tajik and Russian languages a summary of a project in English should be attached. The deadline for application is December 31, 2014.
