Switzerland-based brand "Soraya Créations" at the Vancouver Fashion Week!

Sisters Homayra Karden and Rohina Samim will present their latest creations in Vancouver this April. Their designs are inspired by traditional Afghan clothing and feature traditional Aari embroidery, produced in a small town in Northern India.

An integral part of the sisters’ work is the support of women’s right. Rohina Samim is the founder of the association “Hope for Afghan Women”. Homayra Karden is the founder and owner of Soraya Créations and is an advocate for fair working conditions of craftswomen in the fashion industry.

Soraya Creations will be showcased on April 8, 2022, at 6pm.
