Switzerland is one of the most influential countries in the world in the fields related to design. ECAL/University of Art and Design Lausanne, ranked among the top 10 institutions in the world in this area, is pleased to present in Hong Kong its unique know-how, especially in graphic design and luxury design. On this occasion, Alexis Georgacopoulos, ECAL Director and 3 other graphic designers are going to explain how a small country like Switzerland managed to define its identity as a creative nation and have such an important impact through design.

Trio ARS ET LABOR, established in 2011, brings together three instrumentalists - Swiss pianist Christa Bützberger, Italian violonist Sara Gianfriddo, and French cellist Héloïse Piolat, - that, as the renowned critic and musicologist Christoph Schlüren wrote, have “internationally revivified the great Italian tradition of the piano trio. The name itself is programmatic: ARS ET LABOR stands for the most refined interpretative culture, entirely at the service of music.” Since the first concerts, the Trio has stood out for its solid background and the exquisite performance of masterpieces for this formation.
