The Health Section is a thematic unit that strives to develop innovative solutions to global health challenges in low-income countries.
Health
The section:
- represents Switzerland in multilateral and international organisations in order to influence agenda setting and policy dialogue;
- supports global and strategic partnerships and initiatives to address global health issues such as communicable diseases, health systems and their financing, sexual and reproductive health and rights, health determinants, and global health governance;
- is responsible for the Health network, which provides advisory services and promotes the exchange of knowledge between head office, the representations abroad and external partners.
