Communication abroad

Communication abroad contributes to safeguarding Switzerland’s interests abroad using various public-relations tools. Presence Switzerland is in charge of the practical implementation of communication abroad.

On 18 December 2020 the Federal Council approved Switzerland's Strategy for Communication Abroad 2021–24. Further information is available on the page dedicated to FDFA's thematic strategies. 

Strategy for Communication Abroad 2025-2028

On 6 December 2024, the Federal Council set the priorities for Switzerland's communication abroad for the period 2025–2028.
